FAQ
Frequently asked question (FAQ)
pWe welcome client questions and we are always pleased to share our
knowledge with you. Here are some answers to some of the frequently
asked questions.
Generally, support depends on the project cost and timeline. We offer annual maintenance support with a separate AMC to the clients who only seek maintenance services for their running projects. Still, we provide at least a 1 week free support post launch.
After a thorough discussion with client, and mutual agreement on cost, timeline and other terms & conditions of software development, we gather all requirements from our respective clients. Thereafter, we define a clear scope of work, sign a contract agreement mutually, and then we start a project with a small upfront amount of 20%-30% of the total amount. The total cost of project is divided in milestones as per comfort and consent from client. We use PMS for tracking and managing the project development, and we share regular updates with clients through different communication channels like Slack, Skype, Whatsapp, Email or any other tool that is preferred by client. Initially, we create a wireframe of the project, then we go for designing the complete solution and ultimately we start implementing functionality. Once the development is done, we ensure a thorough testing of the solution to ensure that everything is perfect before going live.
We use PMS like Jira, Trello, Asana, GitHub for tracking and managing the development. For communication channels, we prefer Gmeet, Slack, Skype and Whatsapp.

We have different hiring models for our clients.
1. Project Contract - A complete project contract can be given to us on
a fixed cost and timeline where we provide a dedicated team of
Project manager along with required number of developers and
designers for the project.
2. Hourly Hiring – You can hire us on hourly basis where we charge on
hourly basis for a project, we provide the required resources for a
project and the time is tracked through tools like Time Doctor etc.
3. Dedicated Resource Hiring – In this model, we provide a dedicated
resource/developer ( 8 hours a day, Monday to Friday) that our client
requires on a fixed weekly cost. The developer directly reports to
client in this model. The developer is selected after a formal
interview by client directly.
4. Part Time Resource Hiring – Quite similar to above model, we
provide a developer for fixed number of hours on daily basis to our
client. For example 4 hours/day (Monday to Friday) on a fixed cost.
Here also, client selects the developer after a formal interview with
the developer directly.
