We do not store your credit/debit card details. Payments are processed securely via Razorpay, which adheres to PCI-DSS standards.

We do not sell or share your information with third parties, except where required by law or to fulfill contractual obligations (e.g., Razorpay).

We strive to provide the highest quality software development services tailored to your business needs. Due to the nature of our work, refunds are generally not applicable once a project has been initiated or services have been delivered.
However, in the case of a duplicate payment, failed transaction, or a billing error, we will initiate a refund upon verification. Refund requests must be made in writing within 7 days of the payment date by emailing us at [email protected].
Once approved, refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days and the credited amount will reflect in the customer's bank account or original payment method, depending on your bank/payment provider.
Please note, we reserve the right to decline a refund request if the service has already been fully or partially delivered, or if it violates the terms of any service agreement.
